We Are Not Alone

On the way home from work, I  heard this song and tears were running down my cheeks as I listened to the words.  Nathan and I have been through a lot just this year. The one thing that Nathan would continue to remind me is that "We have to remain faithful", "We were not alone".  We had to trust God and know that He has a plan for us. As I listened to the words, I thought of our struggles, fears and pain from this year. I thought of my cousin and her new little miracle and the journey they are on now with a premie. I thought of my brother, sister, cousins and other family who I miss dearly. And I thought of what lies ahead for our future.  We often did/do not know what that plan is, but are willing to continue on the everyday journey to find out knowing that through all of this we are not alone. Just as a newborn clings to your finger, we too are able to cling to our Father in Heaven in our struggles and times of need.  As you listen to the words, I hope it encourages and reminds you that you are never alone.
