We went today for Mckennas 2 month check-up and everything went really well. Mckenna is now 11 lbs. 8 oz. and 23 & 1/4 inches long. The doctor said she is in the 99th percentile for her age. She is doing really well. She had to get 4 shots while there and that was not fun at all. Mckenna was a trooper though, she cried pretty hard but the second I was able to pick her up she was back to her old smiling self again. At 2 months now, Mckenna is adjusting really well during the day while we are at work, she loves to watch her big brother paint and color or just sit and coo with him. She has been sleeping through the night for several weeks now and is always a happy little bug when she wakes up. It makes me sad to see our baby getting so big and all the changes she is making each day but then it makes me excited to see who she will become and all the fun things we will get to do as she gets older and the mother-daughter relationship her and I will have. Nate and I just thank God for this wonderful miracle of life He has gifted us with.
