Fire Safety

This week at preschool, the kids talked about what to do in case of severe weather and in case of a fire. Blake learned that in severe weather they go to the basement and crouch down on the floor and cover their necks. He looked so cute when he showed me how to do it too. Then today, the fire truck and Fire Fighter Casey (the dog) came to talk to the kids about fire safety. They got to pet Casey and then walk through the fire truck and get a hat from the firemen.
Blake loved it.

This morning, Blake and miss Jenny made special cookies. Blake got to roll the dough, ice the cookies and put the sprinkles on them too. He had so much fun, all he cared about at that point though was eating the cookies he made.
