Guardian Angel

Tonight, Blakes Guardian Angel was with him. Blake wanted to wear his "Woody" costume so we headed upstairs to get it from his bedroom. I headed up ahead of him to put Mckenna in her swing which is right across from his room. Blake went on into his room to get it out of his dresser. I no sooner buckled Mckenna in and that is when I heard it.... the dresser falling over. I look over my shoulder and the dresser is on top of Blake. I rush over and screamed for Nathan to come help me lift it off of him. Thank God we have Blakes dresser at the foot of his toddler bed. That and the Guardian Angel are what I believed saved his life. You always hear about furniture tipping over and killing young children, but you never think it will happen to you. Well tonight, we were lucky. We WILL be using safety brackets on the furniture in the new house!
