Blakes preschool had their Thanksgiving Feast last Monday. The kids had made special tee-shirts to wear as well as turkey hats for their program. They sang three really cute songs for all the parents and did a great job. We then got to enjoy a huge feast with all the other kids and their parents. While we ate, Ms. Linda read to us what each child had said they were thankful for. They were all very similar, they were thankful for their parents, siblings, pets, friends, a favorite food or toy, their houses and their teachers. Blake had mentioned all those above but then at the very end he said one last very important thing that brought a tear to my eye. He said that most of all he was thankful for God.
I love this kid and if Ms. Linda would have asked me what I was thankful for...I would have to say for sure it would be my lil monkey.
I love you Blake and I am so proud of you!!!
