Saturday morning I went out for a while with a good friend and left Nathan at home with the kids. I was gone for a couple of hours and when I walked in the door, I could smell it right away. Banana Bread....I love that smell in the fall. Blake, standing there in his apron, immediately told me that they made Banana Bread as a surprise for me. Even more to my surprise, Nathan took pictures of the kids helping out. Blake was so excited to get it out of the oven to try it. Both kids loved the finished product and I love the smell that lingers in the air still today.
