This past Friday, Blake's preschool class had their Christmas party. Each of the kids had a special role and put on the original Christmas Story for the parents. Blake was chosen to play the part of Joseph and had a very special line. He looked so cute in his costume and did a great job with his part in the play. When it got to his part, he had to say as Joseph, "It's a long journey, but we can bring our donkey." We were so proud of him. He and Mary were quit the couple...chatting all afternoon about what they asked for for christmas, telling knock-knock jokes at lunch, and reading books together. The last couple of weeks, the kids have been making presents to give us at the party. Blake made us a very special floor mat, a candle holder, and a painted tile. We loved them, he did such a great job! At the end of the party, Miss Linda read the kids a story and Mckenna even got to enjoy it as well. She thought that she one of the big kids since she got to sit with them and listen to the story.
