HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!
I have been wanting to try lots of new ideas the past several weeks and we have had a lot of fun making things around here. A couple of weeks ago I decided that I wanted to make the kids Valentines shirts to wear. I do not sew so I had to figure out another way to make them. After talking with someone, who is much wiser than myself, a little bit about what I wanted to do, she introduced me to "Steam a Seam"!! I am in love with this stuff. This will not be the last time I will be using it that's for sure. Once I found the shirts, it was an easy process and the shirts turned out so much better than I expected. I made the tie for Blake and he loved it. He could not wait to wear it. Mckenna's heart is so precious. She looked so cute in her jean mini skirt and leggins today too. Who could resist these two?!?!

These pictures are precious! and the steam seam is awesome! did you get it at a fabric store? and I love your new pictures lately, did you get a new lens? or is it just your sweet skillzzz! :)
Thanks Courtney, yeah I got it at joann fabrics..along with the material. I did get a new lens, I got the 50 mm one. I am loving it...however, it is different then what I have been using so it has taken some time to get used too. I am still in the middle of my photography class and that has helped tremdously. So much that I had no clue about and it also has taken some time to all sink in and really get how to use the camera and lens. It has been a blast though. So worth the money I spent on it.
