Today while Blake and Nate shoveled the driveway, I made a special treat for us all. I made ice cream out of some clean snow. I had seen this before a few weeks ago by someone else, and thought we should try it.
I took 2 Quarts of CLEAN Snow, 1 Cup of Sugar, 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla and then a little bit of milk and made Snow Ice Cream.
It was really good actually. Nate was a little unsure about it when I first told him, but then tried it along with us. Everyone thought it was really good. We did add chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream on top as well. I was bummed I didn't have any cherries on hand for the perfect sundae. I had our friend's that came over tonight for dinner try it, and they said it was like eating a snow slushing.
